What You'll Do
- Architect, launch, and scale high-performing Meta ad campaigns focusing on blended ROAS and CPA.
- Collaborate closely with creative designers to brief high-converting video and static ad concepts.
- Analyze real-time attribution data, cohort retention, and customer acquisition efficiency.
- Conduct regular performance review and growth roadmap sessions with key brand founders and stakeholders.
- Manage full-funnel budget scaling across Meta Advantage+ and custom target segments.

Requirements
- 3+ years of direct, hands-on experience managing and scaling paid Meta ad accounts ($100k+/month).
- Deep mastery of Meta Advantage+, custom audiences, and creative iteration frameworks.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in Google Analytics 4, Triple Whale, or Looker Studio.
- Exceptional communication skills, strategic vision, and brand ownership.
- Proven track record of scaling DTC eCommerce or high-volume lead generation accounts.
