What You'll Do
- Design high-converting ad creative across multiple formats (feed posts, 9:16 reels/stories, motion ads).
- Iterate winning creative angles based on performance data and click-through metrics.
- Develop brand design systems, typography hierarchy, and persuasive visual storytelling.
- Collaborate closely with performance strategists to test new hooks and visual angles.
- Produce polished Figma source files, video cuts, and motion graphics ready for immediate deployment.

Requirements
- 2+ years of experience designing performance marketing creative for DTC or B2B brands.
- Expertise in Figma, Adobe After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
- Strong portfolio showcasing high-impact visual design and direct-response advertising.
- Knowledge of motion design and typography principles.
- Ability to interpret performance metrics and quickly iterate winning concepts.
